Meet the team

Lou has over 30 years in public accounting, commercial lending, real estate development and general construction. Lou started his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young in Los Angeles, CA before relocating his family to Reno, NV. Early in his career he was a public accountant, commercial banker, and Chief Financial Officer for a high tech company in which he took public in 1999. Since 2000, he has specialized in residential development, building and arranging debt and equity financing for residential projects throughout the United States. He holds a Nevada general contracting license and has built over 2,000 homes in his career.  Lou enjoys the challenge of financing sophisticated transactions and helping people achieve home ownership.  He spends his free time with his wife of 36 years, 3 grown kids, 6 grandkids, and traveling with family and friends. He is a sports fanatic attending most USC college football games. 

Lou received his undergraduate degree from the University Of Southern California, is a Regional Council Member for Make A Wish Foundation and Board Member for Circle of Life Hospice Foundation.

 Haley Clark, a native of Reno, Nevada, has always valued the close bonds of family and the warmth of home. Growing up amidst the picturesque landscapes of Nevada, she developed a deep appreciation for community and a strong sense of connection with her roots. Now a “seasoned professional” in the mortgage industry, Haley embarked on her journey in September 2018, bringing with her a genuine passion for helping individuals achieve their dream of homeownership. Starting as a dedicated loan processor, she quickly demonstrated an aptitude for understanding the intricate details of mortgage transactions. Over time, her curiosity and commitment led her to expand her expertise to Loan Officer Assistant (LOA), allowing her to offer a more comprehensive and personalized service to clients. Beyond her professional pursuits, Haley finds joy in the company of her family and two beloved Golden Doodles, Luna and Elly. These furry companions not only bring laughter and joy to her life but also reflect Haley's nurturing and caring nature. With a heart rooted in family values, a passion for the mortgage industry, and a love for her four-legged friends, Haley Clark continues to make a positive impact in the lives of those she serves, weaving a story of dedication, warmth, and expertise in the ever-evolving world of home financing.
